I'm looking to buy a Mk3/ZZW30, manual gearbox, left hand drive.
Budget is €3500+, depending on the car.
My preference is for a car that is reliable and with a roof in good condition. I am more interested in mechanical condition than modifications, upgrades or even colour. I will use the car as everyday transport and to ENJOY DRIVING, not to impress folks! I don't mind upgrades, but I'm not looking for them either.
The car must have a drivetrain in known good condition, and not be burning oil. I would also like it if the precats were removed. All the other parts that make the car stop, steer and go should be working well. Service history a BIG plus. Total KM's driven is less important than condition, I think I will know a good car when I drive it and I do intend to keep the car for a long time! If the car is not available immediately, this isn't necessarily a problem.
