MR2club.nl; The Wild Bunch

Na een hoop gedoe is er eindelijk een nieuwe locatie en datum voor het JAE (Japanese Auto Extravaganza).

Het evenement zal plaats vinden op 29, 30 en 31 Augustus.
De locatie is Mersea Island, net buiten Colchester.

Dit betekend voor ons dat het nog zo´n 50 km rijden is vanaf Harwich.

Wie gaan er mee?

Ben ik op vakantie........jammer.

Ik wil nog wel een keertje mee naar het JAE, maar weet nog niet zeker of de datum dit jaar niet in conflict is met m'n vakantie... Is er een uiterste inschrijfdatum?

Heb het even nagevraagd (antwoord volgt nog), maar volgens mij niet.
Desnoods vraag ik gewoon om een groter stuk terrein, zodat er altijd mensen last-minute nog kunnen aansluiten.
Uiteraard hopen we gewoon dat we met een leuke groep die kant op kunnen rijden!

Hello!
This years JAE show which takes place at Mersea Island, August 29-31st 2008 is coming together well with new entertainment proving popular. We have now confirmed Friday night's live entertainment for the 3 day show which is the Oasis Super Tribute group 'Definitely Might be' taking to the stage in the Canteen Hall between 8-12 midnight on Friday night. There will also be a full disco in the main hall at the same time, catering for all tastes.

Also confirmed is a full blown and 'serious' Japanese Karaoke competition which is also confirmed for Saturday night (as well as a Disco in the main hall) for those who fancy themselves as the next JAE Pop Idol...luckily for
some the Japanese SAKE bar should be able to calm the nerves of those car club reps taking to the stage!


Both sets of entertainment continue in the best interests of the event and will be based on good-fun family entertainment in the spirit of the weekend.


We've arranged for the band on Friday night as JAE is now a 3 day show for 2008 and we advise people to think about attending earlier on the Friday and get set up to ease themselves into a full-on weekend of entertainment and
enjoy the whole experience and vast things to do over the weekend instead of cramming it into just Saturday night.
